UTRAN收到SIGNALLING CONNECTION RELEASE INDICATION消息的处理：If the IE "Signalling Connection Release Indication Cause" is set to "UE Requested PS Data session end" in the SIGNALLING CONNECTION RELEASE INDICATION message the UTRAN may initiate a state transition to efficient battery consumption RRC state such as IDLE, CELL_PCH, URA_PCH or CELL_FACH state.
