Project Manager - 4G/5G/ Mobile Network rollout

We are currently recruiting for a project manager, to workfor a mobile network reframing project in Gambia.

This is a full turn-key project including Site Acquisition,Site Design, Infrastructure, Civil Works, Deployment of 2G/3G swap technologyand new 4G/5G implementation from 2 different networks.

Management of a team of 5-10 people

Responsible for the implementation of LTE/5G NR for thisproject

Monitor performance and manage subcontractors

Due to the nature of this role, a previous background ofworking within a mobile telecom environment will be essential, as will specificknowledge on Core / 4G mobile networks.

It is also important you will have the followingknowledge and experience:

Managed a large radio network rollout preferably thedeployment of new technology

Experience of working with Core mobile telecoms networks

Knowledge of Network tools / diagnostic tools e.g. Coveragechecker / Service checker

Demonstrable evidence of managing the full projectlifecycle.

Ability to deliver projects in a fast paced, changingenvironment

Proficient in Project Management - Principles, methods,techniques and tools for the effective management of projects from initiationthrough to implementation.

Exceptional communication skills - with an ability to bridgethe gap between creative and technical teams

Great commercial awareness with the ability to makerecommendations on delivery to time/cost/quality based on knowledge of desiredoutcomes/KPIs
