Key Responsibilities
- Layer 1-3 Softwaredesign and implementation
- Active engage in Customer solution design
- Design documentation
- Functional trouble shootings
- Support Product integration
- Support field performance activities
Job Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of baseband Software development on 3GPP LTE and NR (in area of RRC, SDAP, PDCP, RLC, MAC, Scheduler, PHY)
- Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new technologies and concepts.
- M.Sc./B.Sc in Wireless Communication, Computer Science or Electronic Engineering
- Experience in mobile telecommunication industry
- Proficient in programming with C/C++ on DSP, ASIC, CPU, GPU or relevant platform
- Solid knowledge and experience in MIMO and Multi-Antenna, digital/analog beamforming
- Delicated, result oriented professional with a reputation for getting the job done.
- Quick learner, willing to take challenges, thriving in fast paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent inter-personal skills
