We are now looking for a Professional Services SA engineer with vast experience on data center network deployments. In this position you will help NVIDIA to maximize its customers’ satisfaction and business growth with the delivery of the highest quality and first class on-site technical services such as on-site network administration, installations, configuration and preventative maintenance to our customers on their premises.
What you'll be doing:
Perform all installations, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for new and existing NVIDIA products at NVIDIA's customer site according to NVIDIA standards and procedures
Site visits and conference calls with customers and partners
Reporting and timely raising all observed problems with proper NVIDIA operational points
Assisting customers through testing-house, utility etc.., certification process
Actively communicating with customers/internal teams via email/telephone calls
Documenting technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely
Analytical minded with ability to work as a great teammate
Willing to work irregular hours as required
What we need to see:
Proved capability in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware and software network products
Extensive knowledge and troubleshooting experience with Infiniband network
Experience with running and tuning HPC benchmark including Linpack, HPL, NCCL etc..
Experience with automations such as Ansible, Puppet, chef or equivalent
Experience with Linux
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers
Excellent communication and presentation/oral skills
Wide perspective system view
