请问关于ES SES和UAS之间的关系

在SONET的性能监测中UAS的检测SES是有相关的，现有数据如下：
在前10秒，检测都有ES-HVC, SES-HVC，个数是每秒加1，所以10秒后是个数都是10

在10秒后UAS-HVC开始增加（从10开始），那请问ES和SES是保持10不变还是重置为0？我认为是10，但是测试结果却清零了。
根据T1.231的标准只说UAS开始时会抑制其他的paramter，并没有说要清零啊。请指正。

All other performance paramter counts shall be inhibited during UAS, when the UAS paramter is implemented. Inhibiting shall be retroactive to the onset of unavailable time and shall end retroactively to the end of unavailable time.
