Description

The RRC connection re-establishment timer used for service-types allowing notably shorter re-establishment times than the UE-timer T315. Currently this timer is used for CS service bearers only. UEs prior 3GPP REL6 use this timer also for supervising the RRC connection re-establishment of standalone (NAS) signaling connection towards both the CN domains. This parameter is part of System Information Block 1.
